These terms govern your use of the HairGlowAL mobile app and the hairglowal.com website. By using the App you agree to them.
The service
The App uses AI to generate hairstyle, hair color, bangs, beard, makeup, aging, skin and teeth simulations on a photo you upload. Results are illustrative and do not guarantee a real salon, cosmetic or medical outcome.
Skin analysis and skin simulation are not medical diagnoses. Consult a professional for health concerns.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account.
- Accounts are personal and not transferable.
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse.
Photo use
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
- Uploading someone else’s photo without consent, or generating explicit, illegal or deceptive content, is prohibited.
- You may use your results for personal purposes; you are responsible for not infringing third-party rights.
Subscriptions and credits
- Each action costs credits according to your plan. The Free plan includes 3 credits per month.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play / App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings.
- Monthly credits reset at the end of each period and do not roll over; purchased bonus credits do.
- If an AI job fails, the credits spent are refunded automatically.
- Daily limits exist to prevent abuse. No plan offers unlimited usage.
- Refunds follow the respective store’s refund policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Outages at third parties (AI provider, stores, sign-in providers) may cause delays.
