Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: name, email, social sign-in ID
- Visual data: uploaded photo and generated result
- Customer transactions: subscription, credits, store order ID
- Security: IP address, device data, session logs

- Performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): account, AI try-on, subscription
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): invoices and record keeping
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): security, abuse prevention, service improvement
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): transfer of your photo to an AI provider abroad
Transfers
Your photo is transferred to Perfect Corp. (YouCam) infrastructure abroad only to perform the action you choose. Data is shared with Google/Apple for payment validation and with hosting providers as needed.
