HairGlowAL (the "App") is a mobile app that offers AI try-ons for hairstyles, hair color, beards and skin. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, optional name, or the ID and display name shared by Google, X, Snapchat, Facebook, Apple or TikTok when you use social sign-in.
- Photos: the selfie you upload for a try-on. It is used only to perform the action you choose.
- Generated result images and history (if your plan includes history).
- Subscription and credit activity: plan, store order ID, credit balance. We never see your card details; payments go through Google Play / App Store.
- Technical data: device type, app version, error logs, IP address (for security and abuse prevention).
How your photos are processed
Your original selfie is stored temporarily on our server and sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider Perfect Corp. (YouCam) API. Original photos are treated as temporary and are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
The generated result is kept in our storage so you can see it in your history. It is removed when you delete it or close your account.
We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising, facial recognition or model training.

- Authorities, when legally required
Retention
- Original photos: up to 24 hours
- Results and history: until you delete them or close your account
- Payment records: for the legally required period
Your rights

Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
