Delete Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your HairGlowAL account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address you signed in with (or tell us which social sign-in you used).
  2. Use "Delete Account" as the subject; the button below opens a ready-made email.
  3. After we verify your identity, your account is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your account details and linked social sign-ins
  • All generated results, history and favorites
  • Remaining credits (not refundable). Cancel any active subscription separately in Google Play / App Store.
  • Payment records may be kept for the period required by law.
