What is HairGlowAL?
A mobile app that uses AI to try hairstyles, hair colors, bangs, beards, makeup and skin effects on your selfie.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 credits every month. For more, upgrade to Pro, Pro+ or Premium, or buy an extra credit pack.
How are credits spent?
Each action has a fixed credit cost, e.g. hairstyle 2 and hair color 1. See the full list on the pricing page.
What if a job fails?
If the AI job fails, the credits you spent are refunded to your account automatically.
Do you keep my photos?
Your original selfie is kept only temporarily for processing and deleted within 24 hours. Results stay in your history until you delete them.
How do I get the best result?
Use a front-facing, well-lit photo with one face, hair and face not covered. Avoid glasses, hats and heavy filters.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in Google Play or the App Store. Cancel under Subscriptions in the store app; you keep access until the period ends.
Which sign-in options are there?
Email and password, plus Google, X, Snapchat and other social accounts.
